The HOA will hold a special budget meeting on Tue., Dec. 2, 7:00 pm., in the Chester Library to adopt a budget for 2009. (Normally, HOA Board meetings are held on the first Wednesday of every month in the Village Hall (the Association of the Arts office), but the officers felt that the Village Hall might not accommodate the larger number of homeowners that would want to atttend a budget meeting, and the library was not available for Wednesday evening. That is also the reason that the Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 6, at the Library.)
