The owners of Howlett's have informed the Chester Village Green News that they will open the restaurant on Thursday, July 30, at3530 Festival Park Plaza.
Their regular operating hours will be:
Monday-Thursday 11am-10pm
Friday-Saturday 11am-11pm
Sunday 11am-3pm
